DealPrinter by Volty uses your account details, profile, connected Freelancer account, project and bid information, conversations and uploaded files to provide the service. Passwords are hashed. Marketplace tokens are encrypted in the active database; server access is restricted. Relevant profile and conversation context may be processed by configured AI providers, including Google Gemini, to generate drafts. Review drafts before using them. Email is processed by our configured mail provider; payments by the provider shown at checkout. Providers may process data outside your country. Session, language and device cookies support sign-in, preferences and trial-abuse controls. Account deletion removes operational account data from the active service; restricted backups and accounting records may remain. You can request access, correction or deletion through the account controls or the support contact shown below.
Payment, credit and subscription records, plus trial-abuse identifiers, are retained for accounting and fraud prevention. These records may still identify you. Deletion does not erase records independently held by Freelancer, Google Play or a payment provider.
When you submit a delivery brief, the Volty delivery team receives the project information and any linked conversation or milestones you choose to include. You can review this before sending. We also use account setup milestones to understand where setup fails, without external visitor tracking. Hashed marketplace account identifiers may be retained to prevent repeated free-trial claims.
